Billy Joel , She's always a woman to me has a structure which has interesting bass walkdowns and walk-ups. I was playing the the right Abdominal, but in the wrong place .Instantly I found the correct voicing here on this site ,so needless to say I'm delighted to join!

Just looked up D7#9 , "no songs with this chord". Here's one, "All Blues" by Miles Davis. That's why I looked it up. Performed by many including a great version by Larry Carlton from his live album "Last Nite" (one amazing album).

Mike, the more you practice the better condition your hand strength will become. So just keep practicing and those hand cramps will be gone before you know it.
